As of May 10, 2026, Silva System AS has been appointed as the new dealer for Vimek AB in the Norwegian market. The partnership means that Silva System will be responsible for sales of new Vimek machines, as well as service, support, and spare parts throughout Norway.
Through this collaboration, Vimek strengthens its position in Norway while also improving local service availability and customer support.
Based in Kongsvinger, Silva System is already a well-established player within the forestry industry and currently represents several brands within the Fassi Group, including Cranab. This creates a natural and strategic partnership where products and expertise complement each other.
For customers, the collaboration provides access to a more integrated offering where machines, cranes, and service work together as a complete solution – tailored to the needs of the Norwegian thinning and forestry market.
